Life is busy.

Every day you face demands from work, family, friends, finances, and health concerns. While navigating through life’s daily challenges it can be difficult to pause and take a breath, to smell the roses, to rest in the moment.

In this weekend in-person retreat you will learn and practice ancient mindfulness techniques based in the five senses that will increase your ability to stay grounded, calm, and enlivened at work and at home. Deep Mindfulness teaches you how to tune into your senses wherever you are. These powerful spiritual techniques help you to leverage your natural capabilities to be curious, engaged, and fully in the moment.

This retreat is for you if:

You are new to mindfulness meditation and want to learn simple and effective meditation techniques in a safe and structured environment.
You already have a meditation practice and want to deepen your practice.
You have a busy life and want to learn with others how to feel grounded and focused wherever you are.

What you can expect:

A safe, supported and structured setting.
To learn simple and effective spiritual practices that you can use anywhere to develop Deep Mindfulness.
