Naramata Centre staff and volunteers will be taking photos throughout your stay, to use in promotional materials such as our website, our newsletter, and our social media accounts. By participating in our programs, and/or by being on the Naramata Centre site, you are authorizing and consenting that Naramata Centre shall have the rights to use and permanently retain any/all photographs, audio and video recordings taken during your stay at Naramata Centre, for all purposes relating to Naramata Centre business.
If you/your family do not wish to be included in photographs or recordings, please sign an opt-out form in the office when you arrive, and ensure that you identify yourself to photographers and the weekly leadership team to indicate your preference. Parents must bring this to the attention of program leaders, if they prefer that their children are not included in photos. If a photo is being taken and you are in a position to do so, please do not partake in the photo. Please ask for assistance if you need help.
