Find Community at Naramata Centre’s Fall Cleanup

Feel the crisp autumn air while we prepare Naramata Centre for its winter fallow.

Join us for a journey of service and connection during our Fall Cleanup from September 27 – October 2. This is a chance to tend to the gardens, restore our sites, and find serenity through the shared purpose of giving back to the community.

You can stay for the entire six-day experience or join us for just a few days. Local volunteers are also welcome to participate on any days they are available.

Schedule and Details

  • Arrival: We suggest arriving on Sunday, September 27, after 4 p.m. to share a welcome barbeque with fellow volunteers.
  • Provided: Complimentary rooms or campsites are available for volunteers, along with morning coffee and lunch from Monday through Friday.
  • Work Days: Join us each morning from Monday to Friday at 8:30 AM with a shared intention for our work. A communal lunch will be provided at noon. The afternoon is available for optional tasks or enjoying the relaxed atmosphere on our grounds or around the village.
  • What to Bring: Please bring your own tools, safety glasses, and gloves if you have them. The Centre will also have some available.
