CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling up to 21 days before your scheduled arrival date:
--if you paid 100% of the balance at the time of booking: 50% will be refunded back to the original method of payment and the remaining 50% will be converted to a Naramata Centre credit which you can choose to apply to any program or reservation made within one year of the cancellation date.
--if you paid 50% of the balance at the time of booking: your payment will be converted to a Naramata Centre credit which you can choose to apply to any program or reservation made within one year of the cancellation date.
Less than 21 days before your scheduled arrival date:
Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the start date are non-refundable.
Centre closure
If Naramata Centre must close due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., wildfires, extreme weather events, road closures, COVID restrictions, etc.), all affected registrations for the closure period will be fully refunded. Please note this does not apply to online programs.
If an individual chooses to cancel due to smoke or for any other reason when both road access and the Centre are open, operational and accessible, the standard cancellation policy outlined above shall apply.
Cancelled programs
Naramata Centre reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment. We will do our best to notify all participants within 21 days of the start date. Program registration fees will be fully refundable.
