Sacred Pause
With Lois Huey-Heck
December 2 - 23, 2020
Contemplative Sacred Pauses
A Sacred Pause is a time to step out of the busy pace of all our doing and to bring ourselves mindfully into the moment and presence of the Spirit. This is a non-denominational time to pray, reflect, and celebrate. Community volunteers along with Naramata Centre members and team provide the leadership in these reflections for you to enjoy and take pause.
“… as the cold weather closes in, and the nights lengthen, the soul is led to more reflective depths.” – Caitlyn Matthews
We will be joined by Lois Huey-Heck, spiritual director from Pacific Jubilee, live on Zoom on four Wednesday evenings in the month of December. We’ll contemplate the nature of “here” and “now” and Holy Ground, touching gently into practices that nourish the soul and lead us to source. We may even dare to speak of hope…
If you are unable to join during this time, the reflections will be recorded and shared on Naramata Centre’s website, Facebook and YouTube page. Participants in the live reflection will not be a part of the recording. You may join for all four weeks or just one or two, your participation is up to you.
