To keep everything smooth (and to ensure your accommodation is held), please complete all guest names and all Session Passes for each week in this single registration.

Please add every person in your party during this registration (including children and offsite guests). In the next steps, you’ll assign each person to the correct Session Pass and any registered morning programs.

Already booked accommodation?

If you’re adding programs to an existing accommodation booking, select Off-site programming, then add the correct people and choose their passes and any registered programs.

Staying offsite?

If you’re staying offsite and attending Summer Sessions, add the appropriate Session Passes and your program registration choices for each person and week.

What happens next

After you submit this registration, an email will be sent to each guest included in the reservation to confirm they’ve been added and to allow them to provide (or update) their contact information if needed.

Good to know: This is a one-step registration process. Program registration is completed through this primary form.

This is where most people get stuck: please enter the name of every guest being registered. In the next step, you will assign each person to the correct Session Pass and any registered programming.

What happens next

After this step, an email will be sent to each guest included in the reservation. This email confirms they’ve been added correctly and allows corrections if needed.

The email also collects personal information, required disclosures, and emergency contact details to support guest safety and care during the session.

Once the primary registration is completed, the reservation is in our system. It is not dependent on the additional guest forms being submitted.

Program registration happens only through the primary registration form. Guests do not need extra forms to indicate program preferences or register for programs.

5 Select Summer Session Pass & Select Registered Programming

Step 4: Participation and Summer Session Passes

Every guest must have a Summer Session Pass for each week they attend — whether or not they participate in registered morning programming.w The pass supports the shared life of Summer Sessions and ensures all guests are properly registered for the week.

IMPORTANT

If Summer Session Passes are not selected during registration, your registration is not considered complete. Accommodations will not be reserved until passes have been added for all guests and all weeks in the reservation.

Adult pass: $275

Child & youth pass (ages 5–17): $225

Infant & toddler (under 5): $0

The Summer Session Pass provides access to the shared Summer Sessions community, including drop-in offerings throughout the day and evening, for both onsite and offsite guests.

Guests may choose a Session Pass with or without participation in registered morning programming:

Adults: If you wish to participate in a morning program, select both a Session Pass and a registered program.
Children & youth: Select the Session Pass that indicates whether they will participate in age-appropriate morning programs.

Best practice: Add People in your group first, then assign passes and programs to the correct people. This prevents “wrong participant” or “missing pass” issues.

Each week’s rhythm: Registered morning programs often include music, arts, movement, and guided reflection — alongside time for the lake, the labyrinth, and community life. The days hold a simple rhythm that supports rest, reconnection, and coming home to oneself.

Heartwood Bursary Fund

The Heartwood Bursary Fund helps ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate, regardless of finances. It applies to program fees only (not accommodation, meals, or extras).

Children’s program fees: $0 Adult program fees: $50

Apply to the Heartwood Bursary

How to apply the Heartwood Bursary Fund during registration: At checkout, add the Heartwood Bursary Fund item and set the quantity to the number of people you want the bursary applied to. The discount is applied automatically. Each person may use bursary support for one Summer Session week.

Example: If you are registering 4 people and want bursary support for 2 of them, add the Heartwood Bursary Fund with a quantity of 2.
