The Heartwood Bursary Fund is financial support so that cost is not the reason someone is unable to participate in an online program. Rooted in long standing community care, this fund helps ensure that children, youth, families, caregivers, and individuals can participate in our programming when finances would otherwise be a barrier. Only a limited number of bursaries are available, please only apply if you would otherwise be unable to attend a program.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should participants wish to withdraw from a registered program and/or retreat, they can do so with a full refund, less a 10% administration fee, up to 60 days prior to their program start date. Program cancellations between 21-60 days prior to the program and/or retreat start will be refunded, less the initial 50% program fee. Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the start date are non-refundable.

Naramata Centre reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment and will do its best to notify all participants within 7 days of the start date.
