Interest in Generosity

Once you have recognized we are spiritual beings you need to know how to engage in life in a way that is not only sustaining but generative. Wholesome habits create healthy beings by using this simple and effective methodology.  We will progress through 6 qualities of mind; values that are guideposts for this. This month we start at the beginning of this exploration with generosity.

Together in Spirit 2022: Online Community of Learning and Practice

We believe human beings have an innate desire for a deeply engaged and expanded life, which we call a spiritual life. Many people yearn to develop a regular spiritual practice, but find it hard to sustain one on their own. The challenges of daily living can make it difficult to create the time and space to learn and practice in a consistent way. Some of the benefits of coming together regularly, in community with others, include enhanced focus, motivation and application.

In these 12 monthly sessions over the course of a year you will have the opportunity to learn and practice with a group of like-minded individuals under the guidance of experienced practitioners. Occurring regularly on the second Thursday of each month, online, you may register for all or some of these sessions.  Use the opportunity to ground yourself as needed, benefiting from group energy, while strengthening your spiritual practice and aspiration. Join us to develop a generative passion for meaning in your life. Embrace the opportunity to connect with others who are seekers like yourself.

What you can expect:

  • Each monthly session will include teachings from a time-honoured wisdom tradition on a specific theme.
  • You will learn essential tools to develop a sustainable spiritual practice.
  • You will see more clearly the unconscious habits of thinking, feeling and behaving that impede your movement towards a fuller spiritual life.
  • You will engage with others on the adventure of living a life in sync with the laws of the universe.
  • You will learn truths from wisdom traditions and have the opportunity to employ them in your life.
  • Enjoy the support of like minded people who share similar concerns and challenges in living an engaged and enlivened life.

Schedule:

Monthly meetup will take place on the second Thursday of each month from 6:30-7:45 pm PT.                               Participants will need to register for each session individually.
