With just a splash of words on a page,
poets can take us to the heart of things.
We suddenly see the concerns of a day or of a lifetime through a frame of words that are full of spirit, meaning, and beauty. In these six Tuesday evening gatherings we read poems and have the conversations that naturally flow from the reading. The character of these meetings is invitational, safe, reflective and affirming. No previous positive experiences of poetry required!
This is the tenth poetry series that Tim Scorer has offered through Naramata. Tim will choose a variety of poems for each of the six evenings organized around themes which generally emerge from the lively conversations of the group.
