Please tell us a little about your group and your event.


NOTE: When determining the dates for your event, please keep in mind that we have a two-night minimum; check-in begins at 4PM on the date of arrival and check-out is at 10AM on the final day. If you need additional time before or after, please let us know and we'll see what's possible.

Basic Information

Example: 20 people might mean 5 families (5 rooms) or it might mean all private rooms (20 rooms).
Please include information such as size of room, how many people, set-up, use or planned activity, and days/approx. times of use. This will all help us determine the best options for you.
To ensure you have exactly what you need, please plan to provide your own A/V equipment, including projectors, screens, etc. We have a limited supply of equipment on site. Please know our staff is not trained in the operation or troubleshooting of A/V equipment.
We understand your numbers may be an estimate at this point. We'll need exact numbers 21 days before your event so we can plan for staffing and grocery shopping.
