Roswitha Masson
Roswitha discovered yoga at age 18 and has been practicing ever since. On her yoga journey she experienced a variety of styles including Shivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Yin. Roswitha had yoga instructor’s training with Wendy Goudie at Get Bent Studio in Penticton and at Shiva Yoga Peeth in India, where meditation techniques were a part of the curriculum as well. Presently Roswitha teaches Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga classes in Penticton and Naramata. She has been offering her Slow Flow Yoga program at Naramata Centre since 2016. Because yoga keeps body, mind and soul healthy and resilient Roswitha practices daily, alone or with her yoga friends.
