Sam Welsh
Sam, she/her, is a Counsellor and artistic human working at the intersection of creativity and mental health. She encourages divergent thinking, using the arts, and finding flow to bring about positive change and personal growth.
Sam has led, co-led, designed, and faciliated a wide range of programming for communities and groups at Naramata Centre and beyond. Working with folks with all levels of artistic experience, Sam’s intergenerational activities tap into inner bravery and work to navigate the messy processes of change. A kind, empathetic, and heart-centred person, she will encourage your personal growth while supporting your individual creative expression.
Sam’s superpowers include baking without a recipe, making abstract ideas make sense, and bi-lateral drawing. She loves finding moments of joy playing with her young son and dogs.
