Sarah Wong

I’m a student and guide of meditation, mindfulness and contemplative practice. I’ve studied yoga, vipassana, MBSR and most recently Reiki. I’ve led groups in face to face and online retreats. I was privileged to lead a 5 day online course through Naramata last summer and it was deeply engaging for both participants and myself. By day, I am a municipal learning and development specialist with a passion for human-centred design. By night (and weekend), I support others in aligning their lives to their values to create inner harmony, fulfillment and a life filled with meaning. With a passion for reflective practices, nature, poetry and overall nourishment you will find my sessions seasoned with those elements. As a guide of meditation and mindfulness, I love sharing my passion for cultivating presence that leads to deeper connections – with God, self, nature and others that ultimately leads to whole-hearted living.
