We are in the midst of tumultuous times. Maintaining focus on the things that matter most to you is one of the ways to help you stay anchored.  Building a practise of reflection and setting intentions is a spiritual practise that increases our resilience.

During these 4 weeks, you will be guided to deepen awareness of your personal values while exploring ways to foster more alignment in daily living.  We will draw on mindful practises to centre ourselves in order to cultivate personal resilience and intentional living.  You will be given time to turn inwards while being supported in community. You can expect to try new ways of building more intention into your life.

Wondering if this session is for you?

Already firm in your values?  Great, you will be given the opportunity to explore ways to create more meaning and a sense of inner peace.

Not sure how you would articulate your values?  No problem, you will be supported to examine what is really important to you and how to create more alignment.

What outcomes can you expect by taking this program?

  • To feel firm in your values and understand why it creates stress when they’re not in alignment
  • To feel an increase in personal resilience
  • To feel connected to others
  • To have gained stress management tools

Schedule:
